Our partners focus on long-term ownership and have endeavored to selectively acquire and upgrade homes in appealing neighborhoods. This enables us to provide you with exceptional homes in desirable locations at prices competitive with smaller multi-family apartments.

We continue to invest in communities across the country by helping our partners acquire additional first-rate homes and by expanding our coverage through the addition of local team members. After acquiring a new home, we hire local contractors to renovate it to our high standards before renting it to you. We also employ local teams of real estate experts that know and live within the community. By using local expertise, we are able to provide the best level of service to meet the needs of our tenants.

With over 50 team members, we manage more than 1,800 homes in seven metropolitan areas across the country. Silver Bay continues to acquire properties and seek reputable tenants. Silver Bay is a joint venture between Provident Real Estate Advisors and Pine River Capital Management.
