Yes, we will work with agents who are licensed in the same state they are operating. *Excluding California
Agents receive 50% of one month’s rent. We will need an IRS form, W-9, and Silver bay Vendor form if you are a first-time agent. You will also need to fill out a Referral form. *Tampa, Orlando & Jacksonville agents will be paid $500 per placed party.

There is no need to make an appointment with us. You can show our vacant properties anytime. Please turn lights off, do not touch the thermostat, and secure the home after your showing. The lockbox codes will be listed on MLS.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed to live in the property. All dogs must meet the breed requirements. Please view the rental qualifications to see the restricted breed list. Our pet fee is $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets and only applies to cats and/or dogs (except in California). The weight limit is 150 lbs. combined (no pet can exceed 85 lbs.) An Aquarium will count as one pet. Service animals are exempt from Silver Bay's pet policy.

All of our applications can be completed on our website www.silverbayhomes.com. To start the application process, find the property in which your client is interested, and hit the "apply now" button.
The application process takes 3-5 business days or longer to have final approval depending on receipt of required documents and landlord verification.
Stay in touch with your client throughout the process of the application. Our processors will let them know of any updates.
We do not accept Section 8 or vouchers.
Once the application is approved, we collect a $500 non-refundable holding deposit. This deposit must be in certified funds. If more than one applicant is approved for a home, the first to bring $500 deposit to our office will secure the home. *Holding deposits are refundable in California.
