The online portal is only for full balance payments and does not recognize partial payments. If you have subsidized rent or multiple roommates paying portions of the rent, then you will need to mail in your rent payment.
Rent can be mailed to either of the addresses below. Please be sure to include your property ID and address on check.

  • Click on the “pay rent” button on top of this page.
  • Below the login you will see three options. Click “Click here to register.”
  • Enter your first and last name, registration code or phone number, email, password, confirm password, security questions, and security answer.
  • Enter the user verification and check-mark the box “I have read and accept the terms and conditions” then click “Register”
  • You should receive an email verification and then you can login to your account for payments and maintenance requests.

For password resets, click on the "Forgot password?" link on the resident log-in page by using “resident log-in” button on the right. If you experience additional issues, please email or call (844) 378-7919.
ACH payments can take up to 3 days to show up on your bank account because of processing. Check your portal account to make sure your payment was made. If your payment was made and it’s been more than 3 days, please email or call (844) 378-7919.
We are unable to cancel your payment. If you need a payment cancelled, you will need to contact your bank. If the transaction has already been processed, we can issue a refund. Please contact us at to request a refund. Refunds may take 7-10 days for processing.
Please call (844)427-2792 for maintenance requests or submit your request online by logging into your Resident Portal and selecting "Maintenance Requests".
Rent is due on or before the 1st of the month. If we do not receive your rent by the 5th of the month, it is considered late, and late fees will apply.
